About

Farokh (Faro) Hejazi, R.A.
Architect, Planner, Urban Designer
President
Faro Hejazi is a licensed architect in Washington, DC, a long-range planner, and an urban designer with over 35 years of professional experience. His collaboration with engineers began early. Faro initially learned civil engineering principles from his father and later taught himself model-based systems engineering.
In June 2015, after two years of research, Faro completed his master's thesis in City and Regional Planning by developing a Traffic Network Optimization program. The model reduces CO2 emissions, maximizes throughput, and provides criteria for designing complex intersections using traffic flow and directionality models.
At Digital, our goal is to work with mayors, governors, and public officials to develop economic development plans that leverage scientific research and innovation in transportation planning to advance engineering practice. We aim to simplify urban complexities and eliminate barriers to progress.
Our mission delivers a triple bottom line, providing economic, environmental, and social benefits by reducing CO2 emissions and improving safety and efficiency at the urban, suburban, and regional levels.

Sara Geravesh
Economist
Marketing and Administration
Sara Geravesh is an economist with a strong command of complex social-systems modeling and a deep understanding of how economic principles scale across institutions, communities, and nations. Her work analyzes interconnected social, financial, and organizational systems, translating data and theory into practical frameworks that support long-term stability, resilience, and growth. She brings a rare ability to bridge macroeconomic insight and real-world implementation, ensuring that policy, planning, and investment decisions are grounded in both analytical rigor and human impact.
Childhood experiences shaped Sara's perspectives. At age eight, Sara volunteered in hospital kitchen operations in the Middle East, where she was exposed firsthand to the logistics of feeding large populations under constrained conditions. This experience instilled a lasting appreciation for how small inefficiencies compound at scale—and for how sound economic principles, when applied thoughtfully, can strengthen entire systems.
It was there that Sara first understood the relationship between operational efficiency and resource allocation, and the lessons that continue to inform her work every day.
