Farokh (Faro) Hejazi, R.A.

Architect, Planner, Urban Designer, Complexity Scientist

Faro Hejazi is a registered architect in Washington, DC, a long-range planner, and an urban designer with over 35 years of professional experience. His association with engineers began at an early age, as Faro initially learned the principles of civil engineering under his father's training and was later self-taught.

In June 2015, after two years of research, Faro completed his master's thesis in City and Regional Planning by finalizing a Traffic Network Optimization program. His unique model minimizes CO2 emissions, maximizes throughput, and provides criteria for designing complex intersections using directionality and traffic flow modeling.

Our aim at Digital is to collaborate with mayors, governors, and public officials to provide economic development plans that utilize scientific research and corrective transportation planning and engineering methods. Our goal is to simplify and clarify urban complexities.

Our mission has a triple bottom line effect, providing economic, environmental, and social benefits by reducing CO2 emissions while enhancing safety and efficiency at urban, suburban, and regional scales.
